I have never ever met a successful person that does not set goals. More importantly, those that write their goals down on paper and review them periodically have an 85 percent chance of reaching their goals.
This is an excellent video I have watched several times because of the impact and the importance it has had in my life in terms of constantly reminding me about setting goals and also consistently review and updating your goals.
